Beyond… offers complimentary domestic shipping, ensuring that your creations arrive with care across India.

We dispatch in-stock orders within 24 to 48 hours on weekdays. Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 days after dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing airway bill number (AWB) and a link to the tracking portal for the courier service being used for your shipment. In case of any additional shipping related queries please reach out to our Care Team.

Each Beyond… hamper is thoughtfully curated as a final composition, reflecting our commitment to purposeful design and exceptional quality.
In keeping with this, we do not offer returns.

In the rare event that your hamper arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect hamper, we kindly ask that you contact us — within 24 hours for damage, and within 48 hours for an incorrect delivery.

To assist you swiftly, we kindly request the following:

  • Clear photographs of the outer packaging, the hamper as received, and any visible damage or discrepancies,

  • Your order number and delivery address,

  • Retention of the original packaging and all contents until the review is complete.

  • Provide a detailed description of the issue,

  • Record and send a short unboxing video, showing the condition of the hamper as received,

  • Check the packaging condition (was it damaged during delivery?).

These steps are necessary to ensure we can resolve your concern promptly and accurately.

Please Note: We are unable to assist with concerns raised after the specified timelines or without the required information.

Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to process cancellations. Due to the bespoke nature of our hampers and the careful preparation involved, cancellations will result in a forfeiture of the full payment (100%) as a cancellation fee.
